Quality Control
Quality control is an important factor in the business process at LabelProfi, as our customers expect, in addition to flexibility and short delivery periods, high-quality
implementation of the ordered products.
Control is carried out at all stages of the production process:
- preparation for printing – review of the adequacy of files and technical parameters;
- preparation of material – examination of the suitability and conformity of the material with the requirements and productions technologies;
- printing – compliance control of data from the previous phases and control of colours;
- finishing – compliance control of data from the previous phases and review of the suitability of the materials used;
- review of the auto-control and final control of the product;
- quantitative consistency, visual adequacy;
- dispatch.
